Objective: co-financing the growth and asset consolidation of innovative startups, with the goal of strengthening and integrating development projects funded by external investors
Recipients: Innovative start up (less than 5 years), established or establishing in the Region
Eligible initiatives: Development projects in Piemonte Region, linked to a capital strengthening operation (investment on equity), functional to its realization.
The development project can include investments, R&D, strategic advisory and labour costs.
The capital increase must have a minimum amount of €150.000, provided for at least 50% by external investors (corporate enterprises or specialized investors).
The equity increase operation must be subscribed to after December 18, 2023.
Incentive: Non repayble grant up 100% of the new equity subscribed and injected
